Solidoak Limited are a construction and development company with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry and has been providing a quality service throughout London and the South-East including the Home Counties since 1994.
We can undertake contracts ranging from kitchens/bathrooms, extensions, conversions and refurbishment works to single new build houses or multi-unit sites either on a contract or a design & build basis. We can carry out projects ranging from £100,000 to £5,000,000 through our major works department but can also carry out contracts of a lesser (from £5,000) value through our small works department.
Solidoak Limited is managed by a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 40 years experience in all aspects of the construction industry, the sites are controlled by our contracts manager who is a time served tradesman with over 30 years in the industry, twenty of which have been spent as a contracts manager. Our site managers/foreman are all time served tradesmen who have been elevated to management as a result of many years experience.
Solidoak Limited is a family owned and run business that began in 1994 and has grown steadily over the last fifteen years. We now have sixteen full-time employees that are backed up by a substantial network of tried and trusted subcontractors. Our annual turnover has increased in the last six years from around £1 million to a current turnover of almost £6 million. To ensure that we can maintain this level of progression we have made significant investment in our staff, both through recruitment and training.
Solidoak Limited are also members of several trade organisations including the National House Building Council (NHBC), National Federation of Builders (NFB), Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and, more recently, we have become a part of the the Considerate Constructors Scheme which ensures that our sites are run with consideration to all neighbouring properties and their occupants as well as being carried out in an environmentally friendly way.

Project Completed: £250,000 refurbishment, updating and infection control works in 7 surgeries for S/W London Health Partnership.
